He is survived by: his wife Frances; his children, Andrew (Lori), Richard McDowell (Kelly) and Susan Cagle (Darren); and his grandchildren, Patrick McDowell, Lauren Sleight (A. J.), Tyler McDowell (Megan) and Olivia Gesner (Noah). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beaches Chapel (1701 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250).
