He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Hawkins and Sarah Edwards Hawkins; his sister Roberta Seigler; and his great grandchild Grant Welka. He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Hawkins; his sons, Ray Hawkins, Jr. (Sheila) and Ryan Hawkins (Kellie); his grandchildren, Sarah Dixon (Justin), Meagen Welka (Chris), Reagan Hawkins, Reid Hawkins, Raylie Hawkins and Rhett Hawkins; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Dixon, Whitley Dixon, Chrystal Welka, Christian Welka and Cas Welka. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
