He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Allyn Irwin and Lessie Mae Minton; his stepmother Bette Jean Polly Irwin; his siblings, Robert Allyn Irwin and Cheri Irwin Maner; and his sister-in-law Fredia J. Irwin.
He is survived by: his wife Ursula Sol Santos Irwin; his daughters, Angela Irwin Vogt (Travis) and Michelle Daniel (Dusty Vandergrift); his grandchildren, Claire Vogt, Audrey Vogt, Andrew Daniel and Tucker Daniel; his brothers, Randy Raybon and Don Irwin (Shonnie); and his brother-in-law Brad Maner. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be made in memory of Mr. Richard Irwin in support of Radiation Oncology Research at Mayo Clinic in Florida. Donations can be made by phone, online or by mail.
