He was predeceased by: his father Roger Moore. He is survived by: his mother Linda Moore (Rose); his son Ethan Moore of Kansas City, Missouri; and his brothers, Joseph Moore of Jacksonville and Steve Moore of Jacksonville.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Gethsemane Memorial Gardens (800 Hammond Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32221).
