Hazouri (Lisa) of Keystone Heights, Florida; his brother Richard Hazouri (Jo); his sisters-in-law, Shirley Hazouri and Carol Hazouri; his grandchildren, Colby Hazouri (Kenshin), Whitney Keller (Clint), Tiffany Hazouri, Christian Hazouri and Donna Faith Hazouri; and his great grandchildren, Chance, Carson and Cruz Keller.
