He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Heath and Opal Heath; his wife Ann Heath; his sisters, Betty Palmer (Hoppy) and Faynell Musick (Leumon); his former wife Geraldine Heath (Jerrie); his children, Debbie Heath and Carey Corley; his granddaughter Pam Westberry; and his great grandchild Kolby Jaxon Dukes.
He is survived by: his children, Toni O'Brien (Steve), Kimberly Reeder (Brad), Kathy Westberry (Darnell), Rick Corley (Carol), Scott Corley (Teresa), John Corley and Dona Kenny (Charlie); and his sisters, Willeen Barnett (Chester) and Corrine Mitchell (John) of Alabama. He is also survived by his 23 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
