He was predeceased by: his father Robert Adkins Sr.; his grandparents, Thurmond and Reva Adkins; his brother Bart Adkins; and his granddaughter Annabella Banaag.
He is survived by: his wife Stacey Adkins; his daughter Andrea Banaag; his stepsons, Blake, Jared and Cameron Zengo; his grandsons, Landen and Elijah Banaag; his mother Gloria Gregory; his stepmother Diana Adkins; his siblings, Kathy Adkins, Kyle Adkins, Jason Weeks and Jerry Weeks; and the mother of his child Kristen Adkins.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at 1544 Ocean Shore Blvd, Ormond Beach, FL 32176.
