It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Edward Nelson in Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on August 11, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Carlton Nelson and Sadie Dilley Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Helen; and his children, David of Troy, Missouri, Lisa (Kerry) of Helenville, Wisconsin, Greg (Cindy) of Waukesha, Wisconsin and Doug (Melissa) of Jacksonville, Florida.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
