He is survived by: his daughter Carley Devereaux (Seth Devereaux); his grandchildren, Presley, Emery and Riley Devereaux; his mother Linda Grace Mintz; his sister Terry Guthrie (Bruce Guthrie); and his nephew Hunter Guthrie.
