She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Floyd and Carrie B. Floyd; her husband Rudolph Brown; and her daughters, Belinda and Sonia.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Owens (Anthony), Sherlyn Floyd, Toni Curtis Carolyn Floyd (Aaron) and Rudy Floyd; her sons-in-law, Anthony Owens and Aaron Curtis; and her grandchildren, Daniel (Maurice), Trivon, Shawn (Kate), Jameela, Dale, Shakira, Jarrell, Treyvon (Shina), Andrea, Jannell, Kimberl, Javel, Jazel, Zanisha, Jakel, Jamel, Jaheem and Rudy Jr.. She is also survived by her siblings which was six sisters and one brother.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carthage Chapel Funeral Home (929 W Beaver St, Jacksonville, FL 32204). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church (1100 Logan St, Jacksonville, FL 32204).
