She is survived by: her husband Tommy Keith Moore of Jacksonville; her daughter Stacy Daniels (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Dove Cottle (Chase), Sarai Hitchcock (Ben), James Daniels, Tabitha Black (Garrison), Jacob, Joshua and Naomi Daniels; her stepson Justin Moore (Kelly); her stepgrandson Owen Moore; her stepdaughter Julie Moore Barnes (Bryan); her stepgrandchildren, Logan and Brody Barnes; and her caregivers, Ghizzy and Annie.
