She was predeceased by: her husband Allen M. Moore Sr.; and her parents, Clarence McEleveen and Rosalie McEleveen. She is survived by: her children, Rosalie Carter (Wiley), Allen Moore (Kim), Jennifer Owenby (Gerald) and Joshua W. Moore Sr.. She is also survived by grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, extended family members, and many friends.
