She is survived by: her husband Eddie Lewis; her children, Michael Lewis, Trivon Lewis, Shawnda Douglass (Lavoisier) and Shana Lewis; and her grandchildren, Eugene Cuff and Tatyana Lewis. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
