He is survived by : his wife Kimberly Welch (Rose); his children, Victoria, Haley, Zachary Welch and Jordan Terry (Zach); his grandchildren, Lincoln Welch-Scofield, Elliana and Finnian Terry; his daughter Scarlett Welch; and his siblings, Rhonda, Tim (Debbie) and Jeff Welch (Tatiana). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
