She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lewis and Aretha Lewis-Haywood. She is survived by: her husband Freddie Lee Moody; her child Freddie Lee Sanders; her grandchildren, Mishael Sanders, Arquella Laster, Trenyce Burns, R'kel Laster, Iyonna Sanders and Yara Martin; her siblings, Henrietta J. Hooker (Vincent), Mamie L. Alexander and Joseph Thomas Lewis, Jr. (Jackie); her nieces, Marva Alexander, Victoria Hooker, Crystal Hooker (Alsadra) and Angel Hall (Matthew); and her nephew Fred Lee Alexander Jr. (Latrese).
