A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 5000 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32206. A burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at the Evergreen Cemetery (4535 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32206).
