Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Franklin Street Baptist Church (2521 Franklin St, Jacksonville, FL 32206). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Franklin Street Baptist Church in Shelly's memory.
