She was predeceased by: her parents, A. J. Lewis and Iletha Lewis of Lost Cain; and her siblings, Wade Lewis of Morrilton and Joan Gammell of West Plains, Missouri.. She is survived by: her significant other Otto Stephen Boyett; and her brothers, Steve Lewis of Jonesboro and Gary Lewis of Morrilton, Arkansas..

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Little River Baptist Church (1208 N Co Rd 309, Manila, AR 72442). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
