We announce the death of Shirley Winn (Jacksonville, Florida), who passed away on August 23, 2026, at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her husband Void Winn Jr.; her parents, James Williams Sr. and Marie Williams; her daughter Erika Winn-Favors; and her siblings, James Williams Jr. and Patricia Williams Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Winn, Kecia Winn-Ousley (Kurt) and Sean Winn; and her grandchildren, Christian Scott, Daryl Hill II, Jalen Hill, Endia Hill and Jahmari Winn.
A Foundation of Faith and Education Raised in Jacksonville, Shirley was educated through the Duval County Public School System.
