He was predeceased by: his father Willie C. Foster; and his brothers, Ernie Davis, Warrington Standifer and Charles Edward Brown. He is survived by: his siblings, Cindy Foster-Rollins (Michael Rollins), Barbara Ann Willingham (Anthony Willingham), Willie Joe Standifer (Glinnett Standifer) and Randy Lee Brown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, friends, and co-workers.
