Hoover of St Petersburg, FL; his siblings, Nancy Hoover Longardt Page (David) of Fleming Island, FL and Russell J. Hoover of Hoboken, NJ; his niece Teddi Longardt Bair (Chris); his great-nephew George of Atlanta, GA; and his aunt Gloria Perry Klingensmith of Seneca. He is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
