Viewing was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Northside Chapel of Sarah L. Carter (6665 New Kings Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32219). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Serenity Chapel (6665 New Kings Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32219).
