He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Wallace Lyon and George Carlon Lyon; and his sisters, Carolyn Lyon Miller (Gerry) and Debbie Lyon Tagert. He is survived by: his children, Col. Timothy Patrick Lyon, Tod Alan Lyon and Sally Regitko Smith; his son-in-law Steve Smith; his grandchildren, Emily Grace Lyon (Evan Danaher), Parker David Lyon, Jackson Scott Smith and Grainger Breen Smith; his siblings, Michael Rodney Lyon (Carol) and Nancy Lyon Quast (Rick); his cousin Billy Graham (Kathy); his caregivers, Suzette Alexander, Erin, Jordan, Kelly Ann, Mary, Peaches, Sandra and Theresa; Lisa White Lyon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
