He is survived by: his sons, Tommy Mallard (Patty) and Allen Mallard (Sandy); his grandchildren, Seth Mallard (Elizabeth), Jared Mallard, Kyle Mallard and Ashton Caplan (Wes); his great grandchildren, Gemma, Sam, Macie, Isaac and Emma; and his sister Margrett Ann Farris (John). He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
