It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas George Raffo (Jacksonville, Florida), who passed away on February 24, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Francis Raffo and Madeline Winifred Sullivan; and his former wife Harriet Elizabeth Holmes. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Ehle Raffo; his children, Thomas George Raffo Jr. (Paula), Madelaine Elizabeth Raffo, Darrell Francis Raffo (Gabriella) and John-Edward Raffo (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Claudia Elizabeth Patterson (Zachary), Anna Winifred Brown (Noah), Thomas Hanniford Raffo, Hayden Thomas Raffo, Ella Blair Raffo, Luciano Deaglan Raffo and Giuliana Elizabeth Raffo; his stepdaughter Jennifer Jacqueline Smith (Nathan); his stepgrandchildren, Jacqueline Kate Smith, Penelope Mai Smith and Thaddeus Grant Smith; his siblings, Edward Francis Raffo Jr. (Mary) and Marilyn "Lynn" Raffo Waters (Alan); and his caregivers, Marsha Azuka, Samuel Azuka, Owen McLeod and Gerri Alexander.
