He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Arnett and Maude Arnett; his siblings, Thomas "Tombo", Patrick Arnett and Doris Rumsey; and his son James "Jimmy" Allan Arnett.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Arnett; his daughter Tammy Lynn Scott; and his grandsons, David Evans Scott, IV and Daniel Thomas Scott. He is also survived by his family and his many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cedar Bay Funeral Home (405 New Berlin Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
