She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hale and Utha Hale; her husband Edgar Bass; and her siblings, Willard, William, James Teaford, May, Elizabeth, Dorothy and Pauline.
She is survived by: her children, Gayle Cason (Larry) of Jacksonville and Mike Bass (Penny) of Jacksonville; her brother Eddie Hale (Catherine) of Lee; and her grandchildren, Scott, Wendy, Buddy, Keri and Danielle. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
