Koch, Rebecca G. Koch and Chelsea E. Koch; his sisters, Debbie Harvey (Paul) and Mary Ruth Sikes (Tim); Beckham R. Withrow, Joan L. Withrow and Amanda O. Withrow. He is also survived by his children and their spouses.
