He is survived by: his mother Jean Chandler; his children, Jennifer, Tom Curtin, Jason Mann, Dana and Thomas Ford; his grandchildren, Dean, Sarah, Chase, Forrest, Daniel, Cole, Megan, Reese and Walker; and his great grandchild Brayden.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
