He is survived by: his parents, Bill Horne and Julianne Horne; his brother Justin Horne; and his grandmothers, Dot Horne and Ellen Flynn. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hardage-Giddens Mandarin Chapel (11801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32223). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home (11801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32223).
