He was predeceased by : his father Del Eugene. He is survived by : his sister Georgie; his daughters, Casey Dampier (Will) of Jasper, FL., Avis Bratcher (Jason) of Perry, FL. and Leanna Amerson of Jasper; his grandchildren, Carl Vanzant, Clayburn Adam-Wayne Vanzant, Harley Vanzant, Sarah Kay Bratcher and Javon Amerson; and his former life partner Sarah Register.
