With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Antonio Jose Ballagas (Jay, Florida), who passed away on April 2, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his children, Olympia Faulkner (Mark) and Antonio (Ashley); the parent of his children Olimpia Martin; his sister Ana Maria Hendrix (Keith); and his grandchildren, Sarah, Sam, Carson, Lillian and Brady. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Baptist Health Care Foundation to benefit Jay Hospital.
