He is survived by: his mother Tracie Cumbie; his sister Samantha Burch (Justin); his significant other Hannah Rutherford; his grandparents, Donald, Barbara Cumbie and Deni Hawk; his nephew Daniel Zylstra; his nieces, Morgan Burch, Autumn Burch and Georgia Burch; his aunt Joyce Ellis (David); and his cousins, Heather Hightower (Cliff Lewis), Angie Jackson (Brent), Gregory "Bucky" Crawley, Amy Harter (Rick), April Kerns (Richard), Terri Helton (Casey), Becky Ellis (Jeremy Raught), Destiny Sump (Nicholas Hernandez), Aidan Sump, Railyn Ellis, James Helton, Katie Helton, Alexander Hernandez and Jordan Jackson.
