With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lula Anne Bullock in Jay, Florida, born in Gilbertown, Alabama, who passed away on August 8, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Leroy Utsey and Verna Mae Utsey of Gilbertown; her husband Marlon L. Bullock; and her siblings, Joyce Gardner and Charles Lee Utsey.
She is survived by : her son Larry S. Bullock (Donna); her grandchildren, Brad Bullock, Sarah Bullock-Head, Derek Head, Ally, Taylor Bell, Trey Settle, Chris Hopkins and Wesley Settle; and her great grandchild Elliette Bullock.
Anne and Marlon were passionate about the education system in Escambia County and are both known for their contributions to Woodham High School from the 1970s into the early 2000s.
