He is survived by: his wife Eveline Mahaffey of Jensen Beach, Florida; his son-in-law Zane Dutton of Meridianville, Alabama; his grandchildren, Kayce, Katherine Dutton of Meridianville, Zandra Slone (Steve) of Madison, Alabama and Janet Shafer (Todd) of Huntsville, Alabama; his nephews, David Jones of Madison and Joshua Feemster of Huntsville, Alabama; his niece Ashley Smith of Huntsville, Alabama; his stepsons, Mike Staggs (Tara) and John Staggs; and his friend Randy Pyle. He is also survived by many extended family members, dear friends, and the special neighbors.
