We announce the death of Frank Pagan of Jensen Beach, Florida, who passed away on September 10, 2026, at the age of 78. Frank will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Pagan and Ida Pagan; his brothers, Antonio "Tony" Pagan and Joseph "Joe" Pagan; his mother-in-law Olga Hixon; and his stepson Cory Clements.
He is survived by: his wife Christa; his sons, Mason Clements (Bob Signorelli) and Sean Clements; his grandchildren, Brittany Bailey, Megan Clements and CJ Clements; his siblings-in-law, Robert Hixon (Cassie Hixon) and Marky Pagan; and his nieces and nephews, Beth Collins, Matthew Hixon, Amy Hixon, Sarah Miller, Shelly Stephan, Stacee Stephan, Sheryl Null and Michelle Falkosky. He is also survived by his family, friends.
