He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Mortimer and Victoria Mortimer; and his sister Barbara O'Brien. He is survived by: his brother Robert Mortimer; his children, Scott Mortimer of Westfield and Denise Hughes of Simsbury, Connecticut.; and his grandchildren, Nathan Mortimer of Beauford, McKenna Sanchez of West Springfield and Hannah Ammirato of Framingham, Massachusetts..
