She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas P. Carroll; her daughter Patricia Caudill; her grandson Bennett Carroll Hiner; and her siblings, Glen Ellinghuysen, Maxine Voeltz and Jane Herrick.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Carroll (Bradley Hiner) of Camarillo, CA, Sandra Carroll and Linda Carroll Shern (Daniel Shern) of Stuart, FL.; her grandchildren, Todd VerNess of Byron, MN, Ryan VerNess of Ankeny, IA, Hillary Carroll Hiner (Santigo), Cecily Oni-Orisan (Akin) of Camarillo, CA and Kailey Buse (Dustin) of Bloomington, MN.; her great grandchildren, Niya, Alina, Kyla, Brie Ori-Orisan, Elenita Carroll Colecchio, Molly Kappelhoff, Cadence and Odinn Buse; and her brother Donald Ellinghuysen (Bud) of Stewartville.
