Though James Lee may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James Lee touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his brother Dr. Jack Nehls. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his children, Heidi Nehls and Anthony Locacio; his granddaughter Jordan Locacio; his great grandchild Kaia Locacio; and his sister Jean Hughes. He is also survived by his loving family and many friends.
