He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. Molloy and Ruth Scott Molloy; his siblings, Helen Kuczynski (Felix), Thomas Molloy (Lorraine) and Patricia Richau; his brother-in-law George Hotchkiss Jr.; and his nephew Paul Hotchkiss.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Hotchkiss Molloy; his children, James J Molloy III (Lauren), Douglas Molloy, David Molloy (Debby) and Mary Kelly (John); his granddaughters, Colleen Jordan (Joshua), Erin Upham (Michael), Shauna Kelly and Tessa Molloy; his great grandchildren, Joshua Jordan, Grace Upham, Thomas Upham and Aiden Jordan; his sister Ruth Granfield; and his siblings-in-law, Rick Richau and Diane Hotchkiss. He is also survived by sixteen nieces and nephews.
