He is survived by: his wife Deborah Anderson; his daughter Katharine Charlotte Mudgett Lexima (Arnell Lexima); his grandsons, Oliver Michael Lexima and Benedict Gabriel Lexima; and his siblings, David Mudgett (Anne Mudgett) and Jane Mudgett (Sam Peled). He is also survived by numerous sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
