He is survived by: his wife Beverly Burns; his children, Marybeth Umphred (Charlie) and John Lennie Burns (Jodi); his daughter-in-law Margie Burns; and his grandchildren, Bobby Burns (KatieAnn), Kelsey Frey (Chris), Chad Umphred (Brittany), Paige Schillo (Greg), Tyler Umphred, Kevin Burns (Kayla) and Becky Parise (Mike).
