He is survived by: his father Thomas York; his son Damon York; his stepson Nick Fernandez; his daughter Sara York; his grandchildren, Nova York, Phoenix York, Reid Fernandez and Maddison York; his sisters, Lisa York and Tammy Wall; his niece Alexia Fernandez; his great-niece Harmony Shoaf; and his son-in-law Tristian Coy.
