He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Melanie; his children, Tommy Welsh (Christina), Amber Bright (Jason) and Jonathan Welsh; his grandchildren, Mayble, Dawson, Ella and Wyatt Bright; his parents, Thomas Sr. Welsh and Virginia Welsh; and his siblings, Becky Logan (Richard) of Pennsylvania, Georgia Welsh of Pennsylvania and Virgil Welsh of Pennsylvania.
