He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clasen and Marian Clasen; his sister Marianne; his brother-in-law John Gold; his nephew William Gold; and his pets, Arrow, Maxx and Daisy.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Clasen of Stuart, Florida; his daughters, Jennifer Plenge (Andy) of Poulsbo, Washington and Taylor Lacombe (Davis) of Indiantown, Florida; his stepson Brian Powell of Melbourne, Florida; his granddaughters, Meghan Sommer, Madison Sommer and Laney Lacombe; his sisters, Donna Clasen and Beth "Susie" Blevins (Emmett); his niece Jennifer Shaber; and his nephews, Adam Shaber, Mark Shaber, Tony Gold, Jason Gold, Chris Salata and Matt Salata. He is also survived by several cousins and great-nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM at the Dolphin Bar and Shrimp House (1401 NE Indian River Dr, Jensen Beach, FL 34957).
