She was predeceased by: her parents, Craig Thompson and Velma Thompson; and her husband Leonard Redmond. She is survived by: her children, Sandra (Blizzard), Cletus Pirtle of Stuart, Sally (Blizzard), James Purkey of Laceyville, PA, Charles, Luann Blizzard, Katherine (Blizzard) and Elmer Penton of Holly Springs, NC.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
