He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Johnson and Elizabeth Johnson; his siblings, Robert Johnson, Marcy Barr and Bonnie Johnson; his wife Barbara; his children, Tracy Schutte (Chris) of Durham, NC and Dane Johnson (Chrissy) of Georgetown, TX; his stepchildren, Megan Escamilla (Luis) of Boca Raton, FL and Mitchell Riley (Dianne) of Santa Cruz, CA.; his daughter Celeste Frost of Georgetown, TX; and his siblings, Becky Tyler of Huntsville, AL and Mark Johnson of Orlando, FL. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Barry L. Johnson Memorial Fund at JupiterFirst Church.
