He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Shuford and Esther Shuford; and his sister Libby Mize. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Shuford; his children, Joseph Shuford and Robin Frank (Ted); his granddaughter Leila Frank; his sister Carol Jenkins (Roger); and his sibling's children, Rhonda Davis (Junior), Cindy Lindsay (Brian), Dale Jenkins (Jennifer) and Bobby Jenkins.
In lieu of flowers, friends are invited to make a donation to Scouting USA, MPN Research foundation, or to plant a a memorial tree with Arbor Day Foundation.
