She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ronnoc Boyd and Lena Boyd; her husband James Joseph Carey; her sister Barbara Spence; and her children, James, Brendan, Patrick, Maeve (Maggie), Kevin Carey (Kate) and Karen Thomas Luke (John).
Viewing will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Taylor & Modeen Funeral Home (250 Center St, Jupiter, FL 33458). A prayer will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Jude Catholic Church (204 US-1, Tequesta, FL 33469).
