It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Shields Sr. (Jupiter, Florida), born in Jamaica, New York, who passed away on June 25, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his children, Frederick Shields, Jr. and Dawn Shields. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Purswell (Mike), Derek Shields (Jennifer), Patrick Shields (Kelly) and Robert Shields (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Brandi Carlton (Justin), Mariah Lott, Brianna Hodges, Juliana Shields, Sophia Shields, Ava Shields, Olivia Shields, Hayden Purswell (Kallie), Lane Lott (Nicole), Hunter Lott, Tylor Lott, Dillon Lott and Harlee Purswell; his great grandchildren, Emily Carlton, Elizabeth Carlton, Emma Tirado, Briland and Lucas Lott; and his brothers, Edward Frey and Roger Anderson. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
